We're hiring! Country Thunder Music Festivals is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Specialist. The successful candidate will work with the Country Thunder team to grow, engage, and entertain our digital community through our digital and social media platforms to compliment our marketing strategies.
Here’s what we’ll ask of you:
Responsibilities:
Maintain festival website, e-newsletter community, and blog presence of the Country Thunder and Big Valley Jamboree brands
Work with Marketing Manager to execute marketing / sales strategies on digital properties.
Execute the full social presence according to our marketing and branding strategy for all festivals; engaging audiences through various social media platforms.
Building and maintaining a festival TikTok strategy
Planning and creating compelling and original multi-media social content, including festival updates, special features, photo and video based features, and interactive features..
Provide all members of the marketing team appropriate analytics on social content and strategy, including market competitive analysis, with actionable strategic observations provided with all reports.
What We Need From You:
College or university degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Music Business, Digital Media, or Communications.
Must have 2 years minimum experience in developing online or social content, preferably in related industries
Enthusiasm and passion for country music, live entertainment, and relevant pop culture is an asset.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and graphic design is considered an asset.
Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize, as necessary.
Must be able to self-direct in a busy work environment with abnormal hours.
Must be able to travel within the USA and Canada.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN
