Accessibility at Country Thunder Arizona

We are committed to ensuring an enjoyable festival experience for our fans requiring accessible options. If you need any additional information or need to make a special request regarding an accommodation, please contact our Customer Service Manager at kaitlyn@countrythunder.com.

If you require assistance during Country Thunder Arizona 2023, we have staff available at our Campground Information Booth and Information Booth. You can reach our Customer Service team via text at 602.780.0570.

The Information Booth, located inside the Concert Bowl, is open from 1pm - 10pm each day.

The Campground Information Booth, located in the campgrounds near the General Store, is open Thursday, April 13th to Sunday, April 16th from 9am - 7pm.

Do you offer accessible parking?

Accessible parking is available at the front of our Reserved Parking area, across from the Reserved Entrance into the festival. These spaces are reserved for those with a handicap parking permit or plate. When you arrive at the festival, please indicate to our Front Gate staff that you require accessible parking. You will be sold our Day Parking, at the lowest price, but provided an ADA sticker to place in the top left corner of your windshield.

Do you offer any assistance getting around the festival grounds?

We understand that you may need assistance in getting around the festival grounds! Our friends at CERT can provide accessible golf cart rides to/from our parking and camping areas. *Please note, they’re unable to drive their golf carts inside or around the Festival Bowl, but they’ll get you as close to our Festival Entrances as they can.

You can call or text CERT at 629-278-1549 to receive an accessible golf cart ride. Rides are available from 9am to midnight.

Is there an accessible viewing area for those that require it?

We offer an accessible viewing platform, located behind our Reserved Seating sections, next to the sound booth. The area offers limited seating, so we ask that fans requiring seating on this platform bring only one guest. Please note that as the crowd thickens, it may be difficult to access the area, so we suggest you arrive early.

To gain access to this platform, please visit the Information Booth, located inside the Festival Bowl, to receive an ‘Accessible Viewing’ wristband for you and your guest. Click here to view our map. This wristband is valid for the full event. There is no cost to this wristband, but you will need event admission to enter the festival.

We do not require any documentation to receive an Accessible Viewing wristband, but we ask that only fans who require accessible viewing ask for this accommodation.

Do you offer accessible camping?

All campsites for Country Thunder Arizona 2023 are sold out. If you have a campsite and require assistance getting to/from the Festival Entrance, please view our options regarding assistance around the festival grounds above.

Accessible port-o-potty units are available in each of our public banks of units, typically located on either end of the bank. If you’d prefer to have an accessible unit placed on your campsite, you can order a private port-o-potty here. The deadline to place this order is Friday, March 24th.

I have an allergy or dietary restriction! How can I gain authorization to bring in outside food?

If you have a true allergy or dietary restriction, please inform security when you enter the festival. Your food and clear bag are subject to search, but reasonable amounts of food will be allowed inside the festival.

If you have a doctor’s note or other documentation, it can be helpful to have available upon our security staffs’ request.

Please see below for the map on our accessibility golf cart taxi service.
