You must download the AXS Mobile app and sign-in to your AXS.com account, using the same email address you used to place your order. All fans should download the app and view their tickets prior to arriving at the festival.
Step 1: Download the AXS Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Sign-in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets.
Step 3: Tap the ticket icon at the bottom.
Step 4: Tap “Country Thunder Arizona 2023."

2023 TICKET TRANSFER OPTIONS

Two buttons are available on your ticket, Transfer and Sell.
All barcodes are stored in the AXS app. In order to present your tickets at the Front Gate, you will need to download and login to the AXS app. The barcode will automatically refresh every sixty seconds, so you must use the ‘Transfer’ button to send tickets to friends or family for entry. *Please note, a screenshot of the barcode will scan as invalid.
*Please note, using the ‘Transfer’ option does not rescind your ability to renew this experience for Country Thunder Arizona 2024. The option to renew is still available, even if your item is transferred to another fan. Renewals will begin on Thursday, April 13th, 2023.
We understand plans change! Per our Ticket Terms & Conditions, all sales are final. You’re welcome to use the ‘Transfer’ feature above to send your tickets to friends or family to attend in your place, or you can list your item for Sale. You set the amount, and the item is sold to another fan.

TRANSFERRING THE RIGHTS TO RENEW
Some experiences include the right to renew the experience for the following year, before another fan has the opportunity to purchase the item. The following experiences include the right to renew:
Campsites, including Premier & Glamping.
Kona Island & NUTRL Zone
Level Two - A Skybox Experience
We understand that you may wish to transfer the ability to renew an experience to someone else. This process was created to help friends and family keep an experience within their group, not to facilitate third party sales. Please note, we do not verify or guarantee third party sales.
If you would like to authorize another fan to renew your experience for Country Thunder Arizona 2024 and so on, please follow the process below. Note, this process must be completed by Friday, March 31st.
In this scenario, John has campsite Crown, Section CRI, Site 51. John would like his Aunt Jane to be able to renew the campsite, as he’s moving out of state.
John will email email@example.com from the email address associated with his order, firstname.lastname@example.org, copying his Aunt Jane, email@example.com
In the email, John will specify that he is transferring the right to renew Crown, CRI, 51 to Jane Doe, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include all details of the experience. For a campsite, the campground, section, and site. For a seat, the section, row and seat number.
The CT Customer Service team will respond, confirming that the transfer has been noted. During the renewal period, beginning Thursday, April 13th, this experience will appear in Aunt Jane’s account for renewal.
*Please note, if Aunt Jane does not renew the experience by the deadline of Friday, April 21st, the experience will be available during the Public Sale on Friday, April 28th.
