MOBILE APP / REWARDS PROGRAM
We are excited to have a brand new app this year, available in the iTunes Store and Google Play Store.
With the new Country Thunder App you will be able to access up-to-date festival information, view the artist schedule and make your own, view partners, access exclusive content, and more. In addition, the app is also home to our brand new fan loyalty program where you can earn points a number of ways just for being a fan! You can earn free stuff like tickets, upgraded experiences, merch gift cards, partner freebies, and more just for being a fan! Download the app for more information.
What is the Loyalty Program?
The Country Thunder Fan Rewards Program is part of our brand new Mobile App. There will be tons of opportunities throughout the year to earn Rewards Points that can be redeemed for rewards and prizes!
How do I sign up?
Simply download the app, and create an account either by registering with Facebook or joining using your email address.
How does it work?
Fan loyalty points are earning by inputting or scanning QR codes in the "My Rewards" section of the app. You'll find codes located around the festival grounds - and there might be a few hiding on the website!

How do I keep track of my points?
Your app keeps a running total of your Country Thunder Fan LoyaltyPoints and you can view your total at any time by visiting the My Rewards section of your app.
Can I use the same reward more than once?
There is no limit to the number of times you can use your points toward a reward as long as you have enough points. Certain restrictions may apply for how many times you can redeem for the same reward in a single day.
Can I combine my points with others to redeem them for the bigger rewards?
No, rewards can only be redeemed by using your own points and may not be combined with those of family or friends.
Is there a way to be in the rewards program outside of the mobile app?
The loyalty program is a feature offered EXCLUSIVELY on our mobile app, so you must have the app and be registered with it in order to participate.
