- Country Thunder believes in giving back to those who give to us. We are committed to assisting in the enhancement of the communities that take part in our exciting events every year. Each year, we honor 10 non-profits with a donation to their cause in the form of Country Thunder 4-day general admission tickets. If you would like your organization to be considered for our annual giving, please see the following guidelines below. Country Thunder takes pride in providing an exciting time for our patrons.
We understand the needs of those who come through our gates and go to the furthest extent to make sure that their well being and security are our number one priority, with no exception to our ADA patrons.
We hope that as an ADA patron, you will find our event to be accommodating to your needs. The following items are available for ADA needs:
- Parking – upfront, close to the entrance parking is available
- Seating – ADA patrons will be given the opportunity to sit in an ADA designated seating area and will be allowed to have one guest accompany them in the special seating area.
- Restrooms – ADA porta potties will be located on site for handicap patron use
How Does the Ez-Pay work?
- EZ Pay allows you to make payments on your General Admission Ticket (Reserved excluded) instead of paying the total amount up-front. There are no extra fees for purchasing EZ Pay Tickets. If you purchase your ticket by the end of February 2009, you will be charged two (2) installments.
Please note, your first installment charges the day you purchase an EZ Pay Ticket and all subsequent charges come out on or around the 1st of each month there-after. Your payments will not be equal installments as certain fees will charge on certain installments. There is a “Handling” fee of $7.00 charged on the first installment. On the last installment, there is a $7.00 per ticket “Surcharge” fee.
After the final installment has been paid your tickets will be emailed to the address you provided when setting up your account.
- What is the age limit for free kids tickets?
- Answer: Children 6 and Under are free(excluding Assigned Seating)
- Is the price of campsites per night or for all 4 days?
- Answer: The price of campsites is for all 4-Days of the Big Event
- Is the price of tickets (assigned seats) for all 4 days?
- Answer: Yes the RSVD seats are for all 4-Days of the Big Event
- Does the campsite purchase include any tickets?
- Answer: No it does not include any admission tickets
- Does it matter how many people are at a campsite?
(as long as we only have 1 sleeping unit?)
- Answer: No it does not : You may have as many as you want as long as they fit on your grounds and they are a 4-Day admission ticket holder.
- How Do I Order tickets if I am out of the Country?

- How do I place an order & get my tickets if I don't have a computer or email?
- Answer: Visit your local library or see if a friend has a computer you can use for a moment to view our website to gather ticket info, availability, prices, etc. and If needed, you can give us a call at 877.999.8008 to get your tickets ordered.
- When are 1 day tickets going on sale?
- Single day tickets don't normally go on sale until closer to the event. Single day tickets should be available around May and will only be available for General Admission and RSVD seating if seats are available. So you might want to consider purchasing a 4-day RSVD & attending the entire event if you are interested in assigned seating.
- What time do the gates open?
- 2pm on Thursday and 11am Friday, Saturday, Sunday (All times & Artists are subject to change)
- Why am I getting an address verification error when trying to place my order online, and did it go through?
- Answer: Either your street address or your Zip code that you entered does not match the address on file with your bank. If you feel that you have entered your information correctly and still receive this error please contact your bank to verify the address given.
- Why haven't I received my PAH tickets?
- Answer: Usually you will find the tickets in your junk mail or spam folder. Another likely scenario is that you have entered your email incorrectly on your order. Please login via the Tickets link and login to verify that you have entered the correct email when signing up for tickets.
