FAQS RULES CAMPING DIRECTIONS HOTELS
Ticket holders are subject to, without limitation, the following terms and conditions: 1. All sales are final. No refund, transfer, or exchange of tickets allowed. 2. No food or beverage, weapons, or other items as determined by Country Thunder management may be brought into ticketed event areas. All bags are subject to search. Water drinking stations are located on festival grounds. 3. All artists and times of performance are subject to change and/or cancellation without further notice. 6. Country Thunder reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund. 7. Cancellation of or impact on the event due to an act of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of Country Thunder, reserves ticket holder/purchaser no right to refund or exchange, and Country Thunder is not obligated to provide a substitute performance. 8. Country Thunder assumes no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other harm suffered by participants, spectators, event site owners, lessors or others who may be adversely affected by this “Event” and/or causes of actions resulting there from. Ticket holder/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Country Thunder, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, partners, Event Sponsors, et al. from any liability resulting from personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other harm suffered by participants, spectators, event site owners, lessors or others who may be adversely affected by this “Event” and/or causes of actions resulting there from. 9. Tickets obtained from sources other than Country Thunder, may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and in such cases, will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. 10. Festival Seating is on a first come, first served basis. 11. No unauthorized audio or video recording is allowed in ticketed event areas. 12. To enter the campground, you must have a 4-day wristband (VIP, General Admission, or RSVD). 13. There is no re-entry for 1-Day Ticket Holders There are certain items that we DEFINITELY RECOMMNED you DO bring and there are items that are NOT PERMITTED that we require you DON'T bring to the Country Thunder USA Event Grounds. All items carried in to the event will be searched. Disallowed items will be confiscated. Country Thunder USA does not accept responsibility for confiscated items. Do's DO Bring the Following Items to the Event Grounds: Drivers License/State Issued Photo ID Lawn Chair Sunscreen Hat Sunglasses Jacket for Evenings Cell Phone Still Camera ATM Card Your Favorite Country Friends Your Dancin' Shoes (or at least some comfortable ones) LOST & FOUND NOTE: If by chance during all of your boot scoot & boogying, you happen to loose one of your possessions, please check at VIP Registration or the Campground Registration Center for Lost & Found. If you don't recover your item at the event, be sure to telephone our office after the event as we get quite a few items turned in during the events. We'll be happy to sort through to see if your item is among them.
