• Country Thunder believes in giving back to those who give to us. We are committed to assisting in the enhancement of the communities that take part in our exciting events every year. Each year, we honor 10 non-profits with a donation to their cause in the form of Country Thunder 4-day general admission tickets.     Is the price of campsites per night or for all 4 days?
  • Answer: The price of campsites is for all 4-Days of the Big Event
  • Is there re-entry with a 1-Day Ticket?
  • Answer: No - There is no re-entry for a 1-Day Ticket Holder
  • Is the price of tickets (assigned seats) for all 4 days?
  • Answer: Yes the VIP / RSVD seats are for all 4-Days of the Big Event

  • How Does the Ez-Pay work?
  • EZ pay will break up the total dollar amount of your order into 3 equal installments. You will be charged the 1st installment on the day of your purchase.

    The credit card you used to make the purchase will be charged each subsequent month until the order is paid in full, after-which, your tickets will be emailed to the email address you used to setup your account.

    If your card defaults on a payment, the charge will try to go through on each subsequent day for 2 days.

    If you do not respond to the email notifications telling you that your charge can not be processed you may be subject to a cancellation of your order with no refund.
  • How Do I Order tickets if I am out of the Country?

  • Does the campsite purchase include any tickets?
  • Answer: Your campsite purchase does not include your admission into the festival to see our performers. You will need to purchase either a General Admission 4-day pass, Reserved Seating 4-day pass or a VIP 4-day pass to not only access your camping site but to also enter the festival for the performances.
  • Does it matter how many people are at a campsite? (as long as we only have 1 sleeping unit?)
  • Answer: No it does not : You may have as many as you want as long as they fit on your grounds and they are a 4-Day admission ticket holder.
  • How do I place an order & get my tickets if I don't have a computer or email?
  • Answer: Visit your local library or see if a friend has a computer you can use for a moment to view our website to gather ticket info, availability, prices, etc. and If needed, you can give us a call at 877.999.8008 to get your tickets ordered. We will mail you a print out of your tickets if there is no computer available for you to use for download and purchase of the tickets.
  • When are 1 day tickets going on sale?
  • 1-Day tickets are on-sale as of February 1st, 2010, 1-Day tickets will only be available for General Admission. 1-Day assigned seating will not be available this year and VIP seating is expected to sell-out. So you might want to consider purchasing a 4-day VIP & attending the entire event if you are interested in assigned seating.
  • Why am I getting an address verification error when trying to place my order online, and did it go through?
  • Answer: Either your street address or your Zip code that you entered does not match the address on file with your bank. If you feel that you have entered your information correctly and still receive this error please contact your bank to verify the address given.
  • Why haven't I received my PAH tickets?
  • Answer: Usually you will find the tickets in your junk mail or spam folder. Another likely scenario is that you have entered your email incorrectly on your order. Please login via the Tickets link and login to verify that you have entered the correct email when signing up for tickets.
