Country Thunder believes in giving back to those who give to us. We are committed to assisting in the enhancement of the communities that take part in our exciting events every year. Each year, we honor 10 non-profits with a donation to their cause in the form of Country Thunder 4-day general admission tickets. If you would like your organization to be considered for our annual giving, please see the following guidelines below. We must have your information on proper letter head by the deadline dates for consideration. Guidelines: Name of organization or group Non-profit tax ID number and/or proof of 501c3 status Event solicitor’s contact name and information: mailing address, e-mail and phone number Name of the event and date Statement of purpose – purpose of the organization and plan of action with potential donation Organization website Deadline for requests: Country Thunder West in Florence, AZ – January 15, 2010 Country Thunder East in Twin Lakes, WI – February 26, 2010 Mail requests to: Country Thunder 1601 Gulf St. # 500 Chattanooga, TN 37408 Once we receive all donation requests, they will be reviewed and decided upon within a week after the deadline date. You will be notified of your acceptance during that time period.
