Country Thunder Music Festivals are making some exciting changes for 2017!
We will ship your wristbands and parking stickers to your billing address 6-8 weeks prior to the festival.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please make sure to log into your Festival Ticketing account or give us a call to ensure you have the correct address on file!
You will no longer have to print your tickets at home, just bring along your wristbands!
Why are we making this change?
This new process will get you into the festival a lot quicker, removes the need to print out your tickets prior to the show and helps protect you against fraud, should you happen to misplace or forget your credentials.
What happens if I don’t receive my order in the mail? Will someone else be able to use my wristbands or campsite?
If you do not receive your order, you can contact us and the wristbands will be deactivated. Depending on the shipping cut-off date, you may have the option to have the wristbands re-shipped (for a nominal fee). If not, you will be able to pick up your wristbands at will-call during the event.
